United Women of Faith seeks to connect and nurture women through Christian Spiritual formation, leadership development, creative fellowship, and education so that they can inspire, influence, and impact local and global communities.
Our Local Chapter of UWF. Broadway's "United Women of Faith" are experiencing God's love and studying God's will for our lives, discovering when serving others....we share in the celebrations and connections of our lives!

A Call to Prayer & Self Denial
Broadway " Women in
Faith" was a part of an observance in sisterhood with women from the local unit and community.
Every year, “A Call to Prayer and Self-Denial” encourages women to step out in faith and bring the love of Christ into a hurting world through prayers and selfless giving.
During our Lenten Season , we came together around the theme
“She Leads: Empowering Women to Make a Difference.”
All were welcomed as we came to pray, learn and offer our gifts that will make a real change in the lives of women, children, and youth around the world.
Our Process & Experience:
PRAY - As we unite in prayer, we prepare ourselves to listen.
LEARN - As we learn about the impact of the Call to Prayer and
Self- Denial, we also learn about the impact our giving
has on the world.
GIVE - As we generously give, we remember with confidence all that
God has already done in and through us and all that God has
yet for us to do. Join together to bring justice and inspire change,
living into United Methodist Women’s faith and action.
United Women of Faith Sunday
We gave from our hearts and raised a good donation for The Society of St. Andrews!
Barbara Sayles and Dorothy Robasser provided us with information on God's inspired work through St. Andrews volunteers who worked tirelessly through the 2020-2021 covid pandemic to gather food for those in need. To God be the Glory!
The U.W.F, "Sonshiners"
The UWF Sonshiners meet on the 2nd Monday, February, May, August, and November
at various homes. We gather to study,
ways to learn God’s will for us
through studying and contributing to
local and global missions.

Outside of pandemics and hurricanes, WE CELEBRATE each other.
Annually we choose a celebrated event that provides beauty and connection for the Broadway United Women in Faith experience.
